Guest guest
So, what's the point of the tomato juice in the morning? Is it to get a veggie in with breakfast? Any ideas on other ways to add it? I can't stand tomato juice and I know I'm not the only one. Thanks! Re: Introduction Hi , welcome to the group. Hey, you do not HAVE to drink tomato juice......yuk......LOL. I did not do it, and I still lost quite a bit of weight my first 2 weeks. Good luck with your weight loss. Kim G. Guest guest
Yes, it is to get your veggies in. I usually make some sort of eggs, omelette or scrambled or whatever, and I put a lot of chopped up veggies in it. Or on phase II, I make a breakfast burrito with a whole wheat low carb tortilla and fill that with eggs and veggies. Carol Tomato juice So, what's the point of the tomato juice in the morning? Guest guest
I really don't like Tomato Juice or V-8 either. I tend to have scrambled eggs mixed with spinach, mushrooms, onions, and cheese. There's at least 1/2 cup of veggies that I use if not a full cup. Then I usually have a full glass of water and a glass of Iced Tea or a diet soda with it.
