I am getting such a headache from this doc.....I have

been really good lately not asking questions and this

guy is really throwing me for a loop tonight. This

med is for psoriasis.....s/l *Ocsellar*. I cannot

find this!!!!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Holly, this might be too late for you and I'm not sure it's what you need,

but what about:

Oxsoralen (Can) or

Oxsoralen-Ultra®

Use

Symptomatic control of severe, recalcitrant, disabling psoriasis in

conjunction with long wave ultraviolet radiation; induce repigmentation in

vitiligo topical repigmenting agent in conjunction with controlled doses of

ultraviolet A (UVA) or sunlight

Usual Dosage

Psoriasis: Adults: Oral: 10-70 mg 112-2 hours before exposure to

ultraviolet light, 2-3 times at least 48 hours apart; dosage is based upon

patient's body weight and skin type

Vitiligo: Children >12 years and Adults:

Oral: 20 mg 2-4 hours before exposure to UVA light or sunlight

Topical: Apply lotion 1-2 hours before exposure to UVA light, no more than

once weekly

Dosage Forms

Capsule: 10 mg

Lotion: 1% (30 mL)
