Guest guest
, good news! You can have low fat milk in your coffee. Somewhere it says how much milk you can have a day and I don't have time to look that up right now but I did find the reference to low fat milk in your morning coffee being okay. lshiels wrote: and I'm going to start a week today - I'm excited. The only thing that might be hard is no milk in my coffee - and breakfast - guess I'll be boiling eggs... Nice to meet you guys!
Guest guest
Make sure that you have the updated food list, I think it's in the files. Yuo can now have 2 cups of skim milk a day so enjoy it in your coffee. You can eat your eggs anyway you want. Eat anything you want from the list (updated list) of foods to enjoy. Carol Well I bought the book and I'm going to start a week today - I'm excited. The only thing that might be hard is no milk in my coffee - and breakfast - guess I'll be boiling eggs... Nice to meet you guys!Reminder: The South Beach Diet is not low-carb. Nor is it low-fat. Guest guest
Actually, you're allowed 16oz per day. I can't stomach skim milk, but find 1% milk OK. To make a richer coffee in the morning (I use instant), I only use enough water to melt the crystals, then fill my mug with 1% milk and microwave it until hot. My "coffee milk" is quite satisfying. When I'm feeling really decadant, I add a little cocoa powder to the instant coffee and have a hot mocha for breakfast. Florie Re: Well I bought the book , good news!
