Hi . Welcome to our group. Congrats on your weight loss so far. Sounds

like you are doing great. This new life is one continuous learning process that

really never ends, but it does get easier. I saw you said you tried the Isopure

drink. You mean the zero carb ones that come in fruit flavors and glass

bottles? There's absolutely no sugar in these, so I don't think you dumped, but

may have gotten sick from the tartness of them? Just guessing, but usually we

only dump from sugar or sometimes too much fat. Keep on sipping that water,

drink 2 protein shakes a day, and walk whenever you can. I will send you my

dietician's instructions privately. Maybe they will help you with your eating.

Hi and welcome to the group you might try for protein going to

www.vitalady.com and order some samples from her and see what you really

like best .They are $2.00 each and well spent monies just to not spend a lot

on stuff you don't like and always read the sugar level in food and drink

dumping is no fun

Just Had The Surgury

Wow, . 45 pounds in 20 days..? That must be GBIC record, right

guys...? I just want to say congratulations on your WLS and your incredible

success!! Keep up the great work, girlfriend, and use your antibiotic

oinment faithfully. Water, protein (see at www.vitalady.com for

good protein drinks) and take your vitamins. Take good care!
