Guest guest
Hi . Welcome to our group. Congrats on your weight loss so far. Sounds like you are doing great. This new life is one continuous learning process that really never ends, but it does get easier. I saw you said you tried the Isopure drink. You mean the zero carb ones that come in fruit flavors and glass bottles? There's absolutely no sugar in these, so I don't think you dumped, but may have gotten sick from the tartness of them? Just guessing, but usually we only dump from sugar or sometimes too much fat. Keep on sipping that water, drink 2 protein shakes a day, and walk whenever you can. I will send you my dietician's instructions privately. Maybe they will help you with your eating. Take care. Jeanne in WI Age 39 Open RNY 05/21/2002 314/ 262 /150-175 5' 8 " djgraves@...
