I realize we are getting off topic! blueberry pancakes Hi , First, to ensure pancakes cook properly, pre-heat your pan for 5 minutes on medium heat. If you have someone helping you who has sight they can double check by doing the skitter test. This means that when you flick drops of water off your fingers and the drops skitter all over the pan that the pan is hot enough to start cooking. Then spread out your batter into pancakes and cook for 2 minutes on each side. They should be perfectly golden brown and cooked. Hope this helps.
