Guest guest
, I have a trick for pancakes. when you put them on the pan, cover them tightly with a cover. When it is time to turn them, the will already be steamed on top so you are turning a pancake, not batter that goes everywhere. hope that helps. thank for the much wanted recipe. Guest guest
Thank you! I will try it and let you know off list! I realize we are getting off topic! blueberry pancakes Hi , First, to ensure pancakes cook properly, pre-heat your pan for 5 minutes on medium heat. If you have someone helping you who has sight they can double check by doing the skitter test. This means that when you flick drops of water off your fingers and the drops skitter all over the pan that the pan is hot enough to start cooking. Then spread out your batter into pancakes and cook for 2 minutes on each side. They should be perfectly golden brown and cooked. Hope this helps.
