Hi Marie - I take it for my heart not my BG. I have seen no effect on my sugars

at all.

CoQ10 question...

Does anyone take CoQ10 and if so what effect did it have on your blood

sugar level?

Doctor wants me to take CoQ10 in hopes it will help muscle pain from

Fibromyalgia/arthritis.

I have been taking CoQ-10 for several years as one of my desperate

attempts to help my heart problems. It doesn't seem to have any " side

effects " such as effects on blood glucose levels. On the other hand, I

don't seem to have the muscle pains I used to have, so maybe it DID

help me with that.

I believe it's a safe supplement in the amounts sold over-the-counter.

Thanks everyone for your comments regarding CoQ10.

Only time will tell if CoQ10 will help the fibro/arthritis pain. Right

now I am willing to give it a try. Hmmmm.....more storms predicted for

tonight too! Weather change is a killer for me.

:

How many mg. do you take? I noticed CoQ10 comes in 30mg, 50mg, 60mg,

100mg, 150mg, 300mg and I have no idea how much I should take. Do you

take a pill containing just the CoQ10 or does it have a combination of

other vitamins and/or fish oil? What brand?

Maybe you are getting relief from pain. That is what I am in hopes it

will do for me.

Appreciate your help.
