Hi all, here, 34 from New England. I just joined and wanted to introduce myself. I did the protein power plan last nov and lost 10 lbs on it then went off and since Sept. gained 20lbs. I now weigh 246.5lbs. Three years ago I weighed 283lbs and had gotten down to 225lbs. But I'm creeping back up and need help! So here I am- a little down on myself but motivated to make changes... Yes, day 2 of phase 1 and saw an immediate 3lb water weight drop!

Hi , my name is and I am 35 and live in Rhode Island. I too have a lot of weight to lose. When I started on November 8th my goal was to lose 114 pounds. So far I have lost 27 pounds and I really enjoy the SBD or SB way of life!

I have found this list to be a great source of inspiration!
