Its was very scary for me and to tell you the truth the anxiety just put a halt to my love making. Everytime I have sex, I am so apprehensive. Its just bizarre. Guest guest
Not that this has to do with sex, but I'm still in a-fib from a week ago wednesday, and my cardiologist told me I could continue doing " mild " cardio workouts at the gym. I did 15 minutes on the elyptical trainer today, and another 15 minutes with lower leg training (no upper arm weights until I'm out of a-fib, though.. that was made clear). I usually have a much longer workout, but was really afraid to do anything while in a-fib. The Dr. said I could continue as long as I felt ok and didn't get light headed. So, unless your having a marathon session of high cardio sex (and if so, lucky you!) then I would think that its' all right! Stef bigsongz wrote: > Well All ... Its a bit bizarre but thats what many of us afibbers and others with health challenges have to do. There are so many toxins in these foods that we eat that I suspect many will trigger AF but they are so subtle that they evade doctors and ourselves. I have eliminated all the known triggers, such as coffee, alcohol (used to enjoy a beer now and again, no longer can), sugars like fruit juices etc. I stick to only fish/chicken with veggies and lots of water too. For breakfast an egg maybe 2 with 7 grains bread. Drop me a note if you can at Bigsongz@..., ok.
