Hey ; it sounds like you are doing so much better than you were

last year. good for you. I still have not addressed my low growth

hormone situation. I checked the vitaminshoppe for the below amino

acid combo. what do you consider a mega dose? they recommend taking 2

at bedtime, what would you suggest? thanks conny

If you want to try to do this with just the arginine/ornithine combo, then I

would take 5 of those capsules at least before bedtime. The idea is to take

between 5,000-10,000 mgs. of arginine and the ornithine ratio is what it should

be in the combo of the two.

I have recently started what I consider a better product developed by Dr.

, author of adrenal fatigue. It's the growth hormone formula on his

website.

This combo contains more than just those aminos and I think might work better.
