I went back and tried to find the place I bought them online, but I have deleted

it. I did a google search for " gelatin 00 " (00 is the size of the capsule) and

orded from one of the sites. Check shipping prices carefully. It varies

tremendously from site to site.

What a great idea! This is probably a dumb question, but how do you get the

cinnamon in the capsules without getting it all over the place? Do you have

a tiny funnel or something?

how do you get the

I pour about

half a cup into a custard cup and pull open the capsule. I press the inner half

of the capsule into the cinnamon a couple of times, which packs the cinnamon

into the capsule, then press the outer half in once to loosly fill it. Then I

press them together. I do it while watching tv and can do several hundred in

half an hour or so. It really isn't difficult, and it sure smells good! I

bought a thousand capsules for $17 including shipping, which should last about a

year and a half.
