I did a google search for " gelatin 00 " (00 is the size of the capsule) and orded from one of the sites. Check shipping prices carefully. It varies tremendously from site to site. I press the inner half of the capsule into the cinnamon a couple of times, which packs the cinnamon into the capsule, then press the outer half in once to loosly fill it. Then I press them together. I do it while watching tv and can do several hundred in half an hour or so. It really isn't difficult, and it sure smells good!
