Edgar I drank around 8 oz of Lakewood organic pure concord grape juice (bought it at trader Joe's) but IM sure they have it at Bread and Circus or other natural food stores. IM going to buy 6 packs of Natural grape juice at the regular store and keep them in the car so when IM not home I can also try them if needed. I wonder if a cup a day would help? Anyone drinking daily in the hopes to keep afib away? a in Massachusetts

Guest guest
a - I've read that a-fib attacks may be triggered in women by our hormone cycles... it sounds like you have one about once a month... perhaps they are trigger by your cycle? Guest guest
Hi I drink a glass of grape juice when I have AF. If it does not go away I drink a little more then eventually it is gone. I also have been drinking a juice glass full every day. I have recently stopped because I have hives and I thought that might be the reason, but I have stopped it for about 15 days and I still have hives. I think I will start up again. Grape juice I think should be 100% like Welshes with no added sugars. They say wine or grape juice is good for your good cholesterol and your heart. It might not be good to drink to much if you are a diabetic I don't know. Sometimes I have a little stomach ache if I drink to much of it, but my AF goes away. When I am in the hospital with AF it takes longer to go away and I go home feeling worse then when I went in from all the meds they give me while in the hospital. I am 59 not on any AF meds except one 81 mg Aspirin per day. When I get AF I also take a regular Aspirin. It seems to work for me.
