Breakfast:

4 egg omelet with sautéed mushrooms, cubed low fat ham, and gouda or cheddar

Lunch:

Big chicken salad with lots of tomatoes (I'm using canned now that fresh are $3.50 a pound)

Snack:

2 deli ham and process cheese roll ups

Dinner:

Fish or beef or chicken

roasted peppers or zucchini or steamed broccoli

salad with tomatoes

Dessert:

SF popsicles

Lots of water, Arizona Diet Iced Tea (made with Splenda) or Crystal Light (in that order).

I've lost 4-10 pounds every week for 2 months and I'm never "starving" as I used to be.

I'm bouncing around in Phase 2. My weight goes up a bit, then down a bit,

never quite to goal weight. I'm two to five pounds from goal, but have yet

to get there.
