Interesting - the lack of basic knowledge and understanding.

You, like a, are mistaken regarding the deterioration

of food. Minerals do not disappear. You can test it

yourself. Put a piece of rock (or a bottle of salt) into

your freezer and watch how it disappears when it freezes.

Please report back to us when you notice this to happen.

Fred, Thank you but I don't need anyone to explain to me your opinion. You

can state your view all you want and your opinion but I still stand by all my

statements.

Frozen Food.

Pros: high quality frozen food has similar nutritional content to fresh. Yes,

they can have similar nutritional content to fresh if frozen immediately.

Hence frozen food just like fresh food may not be up to par......

If the food is frozen right away yes I agree with some of your statements

but we don't know the process nor how long food waits before its frozen. You

state they freeze it on site? I don't know many farms with the capability to

flash freeze their produce? I would like to know how you obtain all your

information? You work for Birds Eye or another frozen food company that you can

make

statements like that? a in Massachusetts...........please lets agree to

disagree...

Fred, you seem to like that statement a lot ... telling people they are

mistaken and you are the expert on everything, then condescendingly suggesting

they

" post again " when they've come around to your point of view. I'd prefer to

hear your personal experience on things, not you lecturing others on your

supposedly superior knowledge. If I'm the only one to find your posts hostile

and

offensive, then I apologize to the group. But I agree that a little kindness

goes a long way, and this is my 2nd post in 10 minutes to you about your

attitude as you have annoyed me so thoroughly this morning when I usually enjoy

reading the posts when I get up.
