Guest guest
Three diet Snapples a day adds up to alot of money. Can I suggest Lipton Diet Instant Tea, Peach flavored is my favorite. Tastes just like Snapple. SF of course. Steve I LOVED diet Snapples,
Guest guest
Thanks for the suggestion Steve. I do not drink soda, and always bought the Snapples on sale from the food store, and stocked up. And I would be happy to try the Lipton, but I kicked the habit, and do not want to pick it up again. THANKS though.
Guest guest
I thought Snapples were caffeine free. They aren't? Oh goodness...I have been really cheating! -wantaghwheatie wrote: Hi, I've been a lurker for the last two months. I love this group and all the wisdom I receive. I have been successful doing SB for the last 3 months, and have given up caffeine. I LOVED diet Snapples, and would have 2 - 3 a day. I wasn't sure I could give them up. But since I have, and for a few days I did have withdrawal headaches, I feel much better. No achy chest pains before that time of the month, less jittery as well. I would say really try it, perhaps between semesters. BEST OF LUCK!!!Reminder: The South Beach Diet is not low-carb. Nor is it low-fat. Guest guest
Regular snapple flavors are, I believe. Just not the teas... > >
