Guest guest
My husband gets lots of beef with his job. We have a freezer full of steaks. Does the diet cut out fattier meats such as T-bone because you won't lose weight if you eat them of because it is bad for heart health. I guess my question is, " Will I still lose weight if I eat fattier meats occasionally? "
Guest guest
It is more about heart health than weightloss. I have lost a lot and still have eaten the fattier meats, but I cut off the fat and with ground beef, I drain it really well. I just have to buy the cheaper meats because of finances. You should still lose, but make sure to cut off the fat of the steaks and drain ground beef really good. Carol weight loss with fattier meats? My husband gets lots of beef with his job. The South Beach Diet teaches you to rely on the right carbs and the right fats-the good ones-and enables you to live quite happily without the bad carbs and bad fats.
