blood sugar and walking

I don't understand one thing... why sometimes my blood sugar will go down 40

points when I walk and other times, it will only go down about 15 points.

It seems there's no predicting it. Today, I walked 45 min. instead of 30

min., and I gave it about an hour and a half for the blood sugar to go down,

then checked it. Only 15 points :( I guess I just have to keep it up and

know that it's doing some good, even if it doesn't work quite as well as I

hope it will to lower my blood sugar. I know that it takes awhile

sometimes, but I think an hour and a half is adequate time.
