Dave,

While I have certainly missed your posts, I am sure that you need not

apologize for the times when life takes you elsewhere. Thank God that it does

.... can you imagine if life were all PSC all the time?

I intended to reply to your wife's earlier post to say that I was sorry to read

that

your son had begun to feel The Itch. I am glad he has found some relief with

the Rifampin.

As for myself, I am teaching an undergraduate economics course this summer

at Duke on public sector economics (the evaluation of government

expenditure and taxation programs and the like). I am considering putting a

question on their midterm about Wisconsin's recent income tax credit for live

organ donors! (Of course, none of my students know of my more than

academic interest in this question.)

I will look forward to reading some of your website updates.
