We need commonsense to manage problems and streamline the processes

rather than " Medical Background " .

Doctors and staff need to be client friendly and no feel threatened as nobody is

conducting prescription audits.

If there is corruption on either side, attempts to work together with hit a

roadblock. Moreover the approach should be collaborative, probe solving rather

than fault finding.

Are ART Centre staff paid salaries by SACS of by medical colleges from

where they belong?

Having some uniform chain of command may solve the co-ordination and

comunication problems. also the SACS needs to recognise this problem nad put its

foot down that ART centres will facilitate the work of DPMs to help run the

services better- without which it could even withhold supplies.
