ART centre monitoring mechanism

In the context of alleged corruption at ART Center, Trichy, On behalf of

DPM's/District Supervisors, I had interaction with some of the DPM's/District

Supervisors regarding the ART centre monitoring mechanism.

It came to know that, most of the ART centers not allowing DPM's/District

Supervisors in there respective centres because of their non medical back

ground.

Then how can we expect from DPM's to manage the program?. SACS has to support

for the district level officers to monitor in the ART activity.
