Yes, the FDA claims it is worried about their safety - but aren't most

if not all meds from Canada made by US companies and sold to Canada (as

well as other countries) at much less than they sell to Americans?

Aren't they actually the exact same drugs from the exact same quality

control lines? Sounds like just one more example of special interest

politics at the expense of the American taxpayer.

from a Canadian (Or Mexican) pharmacy. That's called un-American! "

I live in BC Canada and just read in today's paper:

" Internet prescription business hits snag over liability Insurance "

here is a bit of it: Currently Canadian pharmacies that sell to American

patients receive a signed prescription from a US doctor which then, by law, must

be co-signed by a canadian physician. Only once that occurs can the drugs be

shipped south.

However, the Canadian doctors don't see the patiens and likely don't even know

their medical histories. As a result, professional bodies have said doctors who

co-sign the prescriptions are violating ethical codes of conduct .... although

it's possible some physicians may risk continuing the practice without any

liability insurance.

I thought this was an AFIB forum? Do you really want to get into

politics?
