Guest guest
, I have a question for you since you are now our Reproductive Specialist!!(you and Gwen, I should say). I met with my RE this week to discuss being more aggressive about ttc. Although I am scar free, I am still extremely irregular, and never know when I will ovulate. For example, I am now on day 23 and still at low fertility, according to my monitor. Not knowing when I will next ovulate is for me, near torture. I really want to get regular so that I can be more in control of what is going on. We discussed starting Clomid with IUI for my next cycle. In reading some of your past e-mails, it seems that you often disagree with the use of Clomid, as it thins the lining. My doctor did mention that this is the case, but he said that the endometrium lining is more about quality than quantity, and that someone with 4mm could have no problem getting pregnant, while someone with 10mm may have a problem. It depends upon the quality of the lining, in other words. What is your opinion of this? To give you some more background, I am 30 years old, and very petite, 5'1 weigh 99 pounds. My cornual ectopic pregnancy was my first. I have no children. I look forward to hearing your feedback. Lori
