Guest guest
> An interesting cinnamon article...... > > http://www.diabetesincontrol.com/issue204/item6.shtml > > Kat As a type two diabetic, I have found that cinnamon is a great help in preventing spikes in my sugar level. My usual dose is 1/2 tea spoon twice a day with water to wash it down. Cinnamon is not soluable in water. Be careful how you take it as it is not pleasant to sneeze while taking it. It is not magic and I am still unable to eat irish potatos, sweet corn or corn meal in any amounts.
Guest guest
Do you put that 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon on anything? I have problems finding things to sprinkle it on. I am considering buying the cinnamon capsules, but not sure if they are the same thing. Kat

I also put it on my oatmeal and when I have gotten the locarb ice cream i mix in about 1/2 tsp of cinnamon to 1/2 cup of ice cream and get cinnamon ice cream.
