Hi sharon --

the grocery in Ohio that I shop at carries those pastas under the

store name. If you go to your local grocery and ask the manager,

maybe they can get them for you. Ditalini is short little tubes,

kinda like the Perler beads that you find in the craft department at

WalMart. Not in colors, though lol. It's hard to describe what

radiatore looks like. Both are meant to be used for pasta salads.

if you can't find either of these, use small shell pasta.

I'll have to clear it with the moderators before I post the recipe

ver batim from Diabetes Self Management Magazine. I suppose posting

my version would be okay, though.
