Guest guest
Our Deacon at church lots a lot of weight and his nutritionist put him on a program to do 10, 000 steps a day. He not only lost weight but is still thin a few years later. He bought an inexpensive pedometer. You wear this little device and it counts your steps. I am not sure how to get one or which is best or the cost but I think I am being driven to look into this because I am hearing about it on the news now and I am even hearing that in the UK that its all the rage now to do your 10,0000 steps a day. I looked up 10,000 steps on yahoo and found a lot interesting web sites, actually tons of them and here are a few I liked, the first one being my own news paper: http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/chronicle/archive/2002/11/1 7/LV142326.DTL <http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/chronicle/archive/2002/11/ 17/LV142326.DTL & type=health> & type=health http://www.diet-blog.com/archives/2003/10/07/take_10000_steps_a_day_for_ better_health.php sus
