For Barb and Anyone else - I found this on Amazon. It looks pretty good.

The thing is, except or the horrendous amounts of ghee Indian food can

use, the problem isn't really fat, usually. Well, sometimes it is.

Right. The problem is carbs. Almost everything is served with/over

rice, not to mention the Indian breads (naan, chapatti, etc.).

I made Lamb Rogan Josh and made whole wheat/buckwheat/chickpea noodles to go

with it.

I made lamb curry last night and I took Dreamfield's locarb spagetti, broke it

up into little rice-sized pieces. browned it in a skillet a bit and cooked it

and substituted it for rice. Worked just fine at 5 grams carb per very generous

serving.

If you are cooking at home you can steam up a nice batch of baby green

beans to serve Indian food over or any other veggies :-)
