The thing is, except or the horrendous amounts of ghee Indian food can use, the problem isn't really fat, usually. Well, sometimes it is. Re: Lo Fat Indian Cooking I made lamb curry last night and I took Dreamfield's locarb spagetti, broke it up into little rice-sized pieces. browned it in a skillet a bit and cooked it and substituted it for rice. Worked just fine at 5 grams carb per very generous serving. Sharon > Right. The problem is carbs.
