Theresa, that is so great! The hardest thing to do is to just walk away. You really want this to work for you and if you keep it up, it will!

Ya know what worked for me last week (I'm embarrased to admit)... I brushed my teeth. I was craving salt, like Sour Cream & Onion Chips or Doritos or something like that and instead I went into the bathroom and brushed. As soon as I did, I was perfectly content to sit on the sofa and not eat anything. Corny, huh?

Don't buy them. If there is something you can't stop eating, stop buying it and stop bringing them into the house. Just like any other thing that you cant stop eating, nuts are addictive and stop your weightloss progress, even make you gain, so just dont buy them. Carol

Re: I made it!!!!

I have heard of doing that, haven't actually tried it though. Glad that worked for you, that's will power. I wish I could get some will power against the snacking on nuts at nite. Nothing works.............ugh!

That is a really good tip. After your last meal at night BRUSH YOUR

TEETH. I think it lets your body know that you are done. And

afterall who wants to have to rebrush.
