Guest guest
Hi Lillian, Garlic has zero carbs, zero sugar, and zero fat so I would think you could use as much as you like! Guest guest
Yes ma'am, I got it straight from the horse's mouth - the South Beach Diet Good Fats Good Carbs Guide! It says zero everything in 1 clove of garlic - so you go girl! Enjoy that garlic. But watch out for the rest of the stuff you put on/with it. Particularly salt. Even olive oil, even though it's allowed, has 14 grams of fat in a tablespoon. But as for the garlic, it's guilt free! Lillian Coulter wrote: > Really? are you sure? Guest guest
If garlic is limited at all, I'm sunk!! DH won't eat onions, so I flavor everything with garlic instead. -- Ann You spend your life fighting dirt, and when you die they bury you in it. hayakawa@...
