Well, I wouldn't exactly call myself brave, I tend to be a basket

case at times, just ask my mother!!!

The neurologist did not see the films, but when I have the MRI on

Thursday, I am to take the brain MRI and neck MRI films, both, to him

right afterwards. I am not having contrast, which, is fine by me, but

might give them more info.

I was able to sub today. I got a call about 8 this morning to be

there at 7:30 this morning. Needless to say that I did not make it! :-)

It turned out to be a behavioral disorder classroom, which is okay, that

is right up my alley, but this was severe and with the things that are

going on, it probably wasn't the best thing. Five minutes after the

call, my mom had called to see if I could come sub in the infant room at

the day care that she works at. I would have much rather of done that,

as I love working there, but I had the previous commitment. I got

through in one piece though! :-) I am in some pain this evening, but

will rest up tomorrow. I haven't been pigheaded enough to try two days

in a row. I know that would do me in.

Alice- I do need to find a container that I can fill with water to keep

by me or have it travel with me throughout the day. I haven't found the

right one yet, but it is a great idea and one I really need to follow

through on.

a,

I have a great water bottle...so I'll act as a commerical for a

second. It is made by a company called, " Nalgene " it's made of super

super tough plastic that you could practically run over in your car!

They sell them at stores like REI, EMS, IGolberg..etc. Anywhere you

find outdoor stuff. What I like best about it is that it has the

indicators up the side as to how many ml/oz of water you have

consumed. I find it helpful because I am then able to track my water

intake during the day.

Happy Drinking!

Thanks! This is the type of water bottle I have been looking

for. One with the ml/oz of water. I just never knew where to find one

and never knew a brand name. Thanks for the help!

I'm glad you are pacing yourself and not trying to do two days in a row of subbing.

I have learned to tolerate room temperature water, so I just have lots of the purified water bottles around the house - in by the computer, one by my recliner, one in my bedroom and some in the car and on my scooter. Whenever one gets empty, I replace it on my next trip to the bathroom. It means adding up the bottle amounts if I want to know the amount, but this works for me. I get purified water in 3 gallon jugs for my water cooler and refill bottles most of the time. Right now I can't lift the big jugs, so I am just buying the bottles of water. I need to get more tomorrow.

Good luck finding something that works for you.
