maybe you can get the book from the library?

Thanks for both of your responses. I thought I was doing ok. I went to the 's website and the small chili has 5 g of sugar. I use the LF creamy ranch on my salad and that has 3g of sugar. Toya.....once you get started and find recipes that you LOVE, you'll LOVE

cooking at home! The only thing I hate about it is the dishes!!!! I found

parchment & wax papers though and wow, AWESOME STUFF! lol

I use lots of aluminium foil too, for roasting veges and chicken.

Its easy clean up I just throw away and put the pan away in the

cupboard.
