Guest guest
Yes, sunflower seeds are okay. Laughing Cow is available in Canada in various flavours, lite and regular. Maybe your store doesn't carry the brand. Guest guest
Laughing Cow is in Canada, just have to keep looking. Im in Alberta where are you? I have seen it at IGA. Sunflower seeds are under the nut category and have a daily limit. I use whatever Light Cream Cheese is cheapest most of the time. Ultra Low Fat Philly is what the americans refer to as Fat Free, but I don't personally recommend it,lol. > > Phase 1 - I don't see sunflower seeds - are they ok? > Laughing Cow Cheese - is that a US thing - never heard of it here in > Canada - can we use any light cream cheese?? > > Thanks
Guest guest
Alberta too. Try Safeway, Co-op or Sobeys (they ALWAYS have the lite Laughing Cow). I would recommend the lite Philly, not the fat free. I know there's a reason why I buy the lite instead of the ff cream cheese but it's been so long (been on SB since Jan. ...55 lbs gone now) I forget the reasons why... I'll try to remember to look next time I go grocery shopping. Plus, the ff also tastes like... blech. > > > > Phase 1 - I don't see sunflower seeds - are they ok? > > Laughing Cow Cheese - is that a US thing - never heard of it here > in > > Canada - can we use any light cream cheese?? > > > > Thanks
Guest guest
We have it in Canada. Can be hard to find but I've seen it in No Frills and a few other Canadian stores. What city/province do you live in? > > Phase 1 - I don't see sunflower seeds - are they ok? > Laughing Cow Cheese - is that a US thing - never heard of it here in > Canada - can we use any light cream cheese?? > > Thanks
