Guest guest
You are right. Pumpkin is only an occassional treat even in phase II. It's high on the Glycemic Index. Carol RE: darlene/thanksgiving Darlene I believe that pumpkin is a starchy squash, someone correct me if I'm wrong. S.Dpauls wrote: Does that mean the pumpkin recipes are not on Phase 1?? I got the recipe from the Website but it doesn't say what Phase it's for??
Guest guest
Glad I asked. I didn't see it on the allowed veggies, so I had a bad feeling about it. Last time I went to store to get flavor extracts (Like Vanilla extract) I noted the other flavors has sugar or corn syrup in them??? Does anyone know what brands, or where to get flavoring extracts that don't have sugar in them???? I want to flavor my FF LF Yoghurt with something other than Vanilla. Guest guest
Darlene, have you tried the SF DaVinci (or other brands) coffee syrups? There's many flavors. They are AWESOME and made with liquid Splenda. Kris RE: darlene/thanksgiving Glad I asked. I didn't see it on the allowed veggies, so I had a bad feeling about it.
