Guest guest
There is a phase 1 list in the files section of the website but I do not know if it is up to date. If you go to www.southbeachdiet.com, at the top of the page there is a link which gives which gives the updates. If you have the book and you check out the update link then you should have the most up to date info. Can you please list the ingredients for Grape Nuts. I have a list that I am unsure of and can't get any answers. Is there a list on the SBD website that members can access? Still stuck on the Grape Nuts issue among others (6 g of fiber and no sugar as an ingredient)... Thanks,
Guest guest
Hi, I just checked the updates page on the SBD homepage but there was no information about more obscure foods like dried cranberries, wasabi peas, coconut. It is amazing to me that there isn't a resource to find out about foods that are not listed in either book. Being a vegetarian, I am always trying new food combinations and it has been a challenge trying to find out whether some foods are ok or not. Ingedients for Grape Nuts are: whole wheat flour, wheat flour, salt, barley flour. I believe I posted that there were 6 g of fiber per serving. Thanks,
Guest guest
The list shows that you can have more tomatoes, bananas in phase 2, etc. You probably can't have Grape Nuts because it has "wheat flour" listed. I think you can only have "whole wheat flour." Guest guest
The guideline for fiber is 8g or more. > Hi, > > Does anyone know of a resource to check foods that are not listed in the Good Carbs book or the SB Diet Book?
