It will also be a good idea to speak to your doctor at the U/S and find out if you still have scarring in your uterus. How many days did your period last. I know this was your first in 4 years so you probably can't remember what it was like before but the days would be helpful. Yes, having a blocked tube only means that your egg won't be able to get to your uterus but I have read on this board that sometimes the other fallopian tube reaches over (don't ask me how) and as if a magnet, collects the egg from the opposite side. I don't know if I explained that well, but I hope you know what I mean. A blocked tube will not affect your period though because you bleed from the endometrium and not from the egg.
