You can put milk in your coffee. I did Phase I with a tsp of skim milk and

artificial sweetener in a cup of coffee every morning and usually a cup

after lunch too . . .

okay I am dancing - you guys have made my day - I was stressing

about the milk thing... I drink truetaste skim milk already so

that's no sweat for me!

> Make sure that you have the updated food list, I think it's in the

files. Yuo can now have 2 cups of skim milk a day so enjoy it in

your coffee. :) You can eat your eggs anyway you want. Eat anything

you want from the list (updated list) of foods to enjoy. :) Carol

I only drink one cup in the morning... and your ideas sound yummy!

I drink decaf tea for the rest of the day.

, I have been using Land O'Lakes FF/Half N Half in my coffee

from the very beginning. Now that I am in phase II, I also use it in

my oatmeal. Not sure how legal it is, but it's yummy.

Steve and I started phase I the first week of August, this year.
