Guest guest
okay I am dancing - you guys have made my day - I was stressing about the milk thing... I drink truetaste skim milk already so that's no sweat for me! > Make sure that you have the updated food list, I think it's in the files. Yuo can now have 2 cups of skim milk a day so enjoy it in your coffee. You can eat your eggs anyway you want. Eat anything you want from the list (updated list) of foods to enjoy. Guest guest
, I have been using Land O'Lakes FF/Half N Half in my coffee from the very beginning. Now that I am in phase II, I also use it in my oatmeal. Not sure how legal it is, but it's yummy. Steve and I started phase I the first week of August, this year.
