On Sun, 31 Oct 2004 02:55:24 -0800 (PST) lisa schebel writes: 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 1 tsp minced fresh oregano 1 lg clove garlic, minced 1/4 tsp dried red pepper flakes 1/4 tsp sweet paprika 1 lb fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into 3/4 inch cubes In a large, shallow dish, combine all the ingredients, except mozzarella and toss.
