This recipe does not seem complete. When do you add the cheese and what do you do with it?

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp minced fresh oregano

1 lg clove garlic, minced

1/4 tsp dried red pepper flakes

1/4 tsp sweet paprika

1 lb fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into 3/4 inch cubes

In a large, shallow dish, combine all the ingredients, except mozzarella and toss. Let stand, covered, at room temp for 2 hours before serving. Serves 8

Do you bake them or eat them "raw"?

Sorry with daylight savings time it was very early when I typed this. Add mozzarella after mixing all ingredients and before letting sit for 2 hours.

I suppose you eat them raw, I haven't actually made this yet. It was just in one of my many cookbooks I get out at the library and copy.

S.Reminder: The South Beach Diet is not low-carb. Nor is it low-fat. The South Beach Diet teaches you to rely on the right carbs and the right fats-the good ones-and enables you to live quite happily without the bad carbs and bad fats.
