That's one of my concerns along with being in Phase III and not being able

to STOP losing weight. I haven't had a period in 9 weeks and am NOT

pregnant.

I don't know if it's this diet or some other health concern that is messing

me up, but since I dropped below 130 lbs, I have been tired and haven't

gotten a period. I had some bloodwork done a couple of weeks ago and have a

follow up exam tomorrow to make sure it's not thyroid or something else.

That's interesting that it's happening to someone else too. I wonder why?

This is interesting. I would like to know why. Are my hormones all

messed up? I don't get the connection. You would think everything

would be working better. Still going to doctor if I don't get I real

soon.

I just posted about this on another list. I was really strict in

Phase I and am following Phase II. I started on 9/20 and had period

the first week. I was due again last Friday and so far nothing. I

have always been like clockwork too. I'm only 34 so not near

menopause and I know I am not pregnant.

It is comforting to read someone else is dealing with this problem.
