Carol DEEP-DISH QUICHE PIZZA4 oz low fat or 1/3 less fat cream cheese4 eggs1/4 cup parmesan cheese1/3c fat free half and half1/2 t oregano2 cups shredded Italian cheese (mozzarella, Romano, parm mix - oryour choice)1/2 t wet garlic or 1/4 t powder1/4 cup tomato sauce1 cup shredded mozzarellatoppings of your choiceBeat cream cheese & eggs until smooth. Add half and half, parmesan and spices. Spray9 X 13 glass baking dish with PAM. Put 2 cups pizza cheese in dish and pouregg mixture over. "Squish" around to mix. Bake at 375 for 30 min.Spread on pizza sauce, sprinkle on mozzarella, and layer with toppings. Bake10 more minutes until bubbly and brown. Awesome Crustless Pizza Ingredients: 1/2 lb. hamburger1/2 lb. italian sausageolive oilitalian seasoningpizza sauce (ragu makes one that is very low in carbs)motzarella cheesetoppings to taste (I like pepperoni, onion, green pepper and mushrooms) How To Prepare: Preheat oven to 450.Mix hamburger and italian sausage and press in a baking dish (I use 8" x 10"). Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with italian seasoning and a little salt and pepper. Bake until almost done (10 minutes or so, depending on pan size and meat thickness). Remove from oven and top with sauce, toppings and lots of motzarella cheese, sprinkle with a little more italian seasoning. Put back in oven until cheese is golden brown and bubbling. Pizza Burgers10 oz. extra lean ground beef (10% or less fat)1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp. black pepper1/2 tsp dried oregano1/4 cup tomato sauce (no salt added)1/4 cup thinly sliced white mushrooms (optional)1 1/2 oz. skim-milk mozzarella cheese grated1 tbsp. parsleyIn large bowl, combine beef, salt, pepper and oregano. Form into 4equal patties. In medium nonstick skillet, cook patties 3 minutes,turn over. Spread each patty with 1 tbsp. tomato sauce, top eachwith 1 tbsp mushrooms and 1/4 of the cheese. Cook, covered 4 minutesuntil cheese is melted and patties are cooked through. 4 servings For the pizza lovers: MEAT CRUST PIZZA- South Beach Diet Recipe (Phase 1) Instructions: Brown about 2 pound of extra lean ground beef. Preheat oven to 350 Put beef in a large bowl & mix well with 2 cups of Lf mozzarella cheese. Spread mixture out like a pizza crust on a cookie sheet or a baking stone. Put 1 cup pizza sauce on the mixture. Ragu is ok. (pizza sauce, no sugar in it) Top with 1-2 cups of Lf shredded mozzarella. Top with Canadian bacon and or low fat pepperoni slices I usually just use the Canadian bacon (optional onions, peppers, anything legal that you like on pizza's.)
