In the cold weather I love hot drinks. I found some of the

International coffees that are decaffeinated and sugar free. These

are allowed in phase 2. Right????

I found a hot chocolate recipe that I am pretty sure is legal in

phase 2 -

1T plus 2t Splenda

1T unsweetened cocoa

3T boiling water

1C 1% milk.

Mix the Splenda, cocoa and boiling water thoroughly. Add the milk

and microwave for 90 seconds. Delish.
