The drugs we are all taking is mainly after a hysteroscopy. These are estrogen and progesterone. When I went to UK for my surgery, the doctor there did not prescribe progesterone either. I could not understand why he wouldn't prescribe that hormone and when I asked him he said that it was because I produce my own. Well, that didn't make sense to me because we all know that we also produce our own estrogen too. Kind of confused me. If you look at the hormone chart at: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Ashermans/database?method=reportRows & tbl=1 you can see and compare what everyone is taking. You will notice that some members have taken quite a large dose of estrogen. I think in UK they don't really give you very high doses. If you go to: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Ashermans/files/ you will see a file called abbreviations.xls. Click on this and open in excel. You will find a list of abbreviations that we use.
