Under ENT: (?)___ and s/l " gismus " no mass. s/l " Track red line. " 4. RECTAL: (?)___ (it's not exam) refused by patient. (?)_____ deferred. 5. DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS: GERD versus ulcer. Will give Protonix 40 mg p.o. q.d. and also will cover with s/l " dilguaiac " x 3 and H. pylori s/l " stro " antigen.
