I got the thyroid exchanged for armour this morning. they don't normally exchange it. sort of got 2 stories. She said that they hadn't had armour in several months and that is why I got the replacement. but then - she went to show it to me and realized they got the real armour in. and said I got the other because I was new to it, and my insurance dictated non-brand if available. She said it was identical - but.... I got her to switch it. only cost $2.00 more. I am now listed as, patient request. so....no one said how horrible the taste is in your mouth from it!! YUCK !!! LOL and I bought a new blood pressure monitor. I went to the dr. today and they compared mine to theirs. It was off - not a big amount - maybe 10 (points?) - so I did have a high reading yesterday - and she showed me how to line it all up. They asked me to buy a new one. - I took it at 3:30 in the afternoon yesterday - I felt so off - headache, eyes were pounding - felt like they were being pushed out of my head - I still feel really hot too! I compared my normal thermometer to theirs. I was 96.1 at home when I got up. 98.6 in their office with theirs - and 98.00 with mine at their office. so it is pretty accurate to theirs in the ear. they should be a little different anyway.
