Guest guest
It is my understanding that green tea is poison for us with thyroid issues. Same with soy. It is amazing how many so called diet aids actually make us work. Kind of makes you wonder if that is just one of the reasons we gain weight, diet aids that sabotage the thyroid. Reposting since didn't go through this morn Boy, whoever told you green tea was good for you was " uninformed " . I read something about Green tea having high levels of flouride in Dr. Derry's research. Flouride can mimic iodine, except it's worse. So, I thought I would look this up and here is what I found: Green Tea, Fluoride & the Thyroid Thyroid Medication
Guest guest
I understand that both regular black tea and green tea have fluoride in them, which is released if the teabag is stewed for longer than a minute. Has anybody got a reference which shows that green tea is any worse than black tea in this regard? Guest guest
You mentioned soy - I take Lecithin which is derived from soy. Is that contraindicated too?
