Hello Bev, hi everyone,

Bev how is your head these days? Hope it is staying in place tee hee.

I did just move up to 4.5 grains, I swallow armour, all in one go

first thing in morning before breakfast (1 hour before).

I got a bad cold at the moment & my pulse was slightly raised, around

the mid 70s, so I moved down today to 4 and a quarter grains.

I tried the sublingual multidosing thing for 2 weeks a while ago and

it didn't work for me, I kept crashing in afternoon & was getting

hypo symptoms. I not sure what my optimum dose is yet.

Please can anyone post with their resting pulse to compare, mine was

around 76 yesterday. At bed time my husband's was 66 & mine was 76...

I hover between 70 and 72... the two times I went hyper since Christmas,

when I was trying to up my dose.... I went upper 90s....

When I was without meds, I held at 50.

I don't mind your asking... I think it's important for everyone to know

what their pulse rate is... and to learn to use it to monitor their

metabolism.... Part of being hypo is having a low metabolic rate..... so

to monitor it is to keep a good eye on how your meds are doing for you...

IMHO, of course.....
