I think losing muscle tone from inactivity makes it worse, at least for me. --- I agree when I had to get up and help my Dad, I was able to do this as the 91 year old can put me to shame herding cows. I would not do anything without you Doctors permission and myofascial floor exercises are listed on it also. As with all muscles, you never know what to do but trust your doctor. I have the opposite problem and my husband calls me " Admiral Foghorn " as I can make some very high pitched sounds. Boy, just want I want you to know about me. His stinks and mine sound like a fog horn. I told you I wondered why older people talked about their bowels when they got old, know I know. I don't have urinary problems yet.
