I agree when I had to get up and help my Dad, I was able to do this as the 91

year old can put me to shame herding cows. I am trying to do this at home a

little at time.

There are pelvic floor exercises and an actual instrument they use to keep your

bladder tightenend, they were working on this at Washington University when I

was in St Louis.

Kegal exercises are very good also.

Kegel exercises: A how-to guide for women. Kegel exercises can help you prevent

or control urinary incontinence and other pelvic floor problems.

www.mayoclinic.com/health/kegel-exercises, National Assoication for Continence

is another source, and You Tube has video of Kegal exercises.

I would not do anything without you Doctors permission and myofascial floor

exercises are listed on it also. As with all muscles, you never know what to do

but trust your doctor.

I have the opposite problem and my husband calls me " Admiral Foghorn " as I can

make some very high pitched sounds. Boy, just want I want you to know about me.

His stinks and mine sound like a fog horn. I told you I wondered why older

people talked about their bowels when they got old, know I know. I don't have

urinary problems yet.
