There are also digestive enzyme supplements you can take...this is what I

use...and they really help.

Usually that's because the digestive process is running real slow and

there is undigested food fermenting in there somewhere....

Have you been eating things that are hard to digest? Or not getting in

enough fiber/roughage?

Are there any foods in particular that send you to the bathroom more

often then others? Any of that stuff around that you could be eating

tonight, in small amounts so as not to over load your system?

I had the same problem this week... I was drinking fruit juice... seems

that even though I didn't get the runs from it... I did get gas... rather

ripe too.... so I ended up flushing with a lot of water, trying to push

it on through... I had to work on site on a client's machine last

night... in a small room in her home.. there was no way that I could be

sitting in there and get away with anything (sound or smell) and she

doesn't have pets! heheheheh

But any time that you have excessive gas, it's from food not going

through properly... one of the benefits of the mini-meals, for me, has

been a lot less problems with slow digestion of food.. my body seems to

be better able to handle things correctly....

.... doesn't help much for you this time... but might save you some grief

in the future....

Some thing that you may want to consider... if your digestion is running

slowly and if you are not producing as much stomach acid as you should...

drinking a lot of water before a meal or during a meal, well any liquid,

really... will dilute the liquid and mess up with how digestion takes

place.. the food will sit in the stomach longer until it is broken down

enough to be able to pass on to the intestines....

What types of fruits and vegies are you eating?
